Warranties
Limited Warranty
All products are covered by our warranty, and shall apply for a period of three (3) year from the date of original purchase. The warranty is only valid when the product is installed and maintained in accordance with the manual provided and no warranty is made with respect to any of our products that are installed or maintained improperly. Product width, depth and height are listed by their respective manufacturer and are as accurate as possible. Any failure or defect resulting from shipment or due to alteration, theft, negligence, misuse, accident, damage by others, poor maintenance, or where proper care has not been taken to prevent snow, ice, water or chemical damage to the merchandise shall not be warrantied. The warranty does not cover products that have exposed to toxic, nuclear, or corrosive environments, or where ambient temperatures fall below -40° F or in excess of +212° F. Due to the abrasiveness of many cleaning agents, any liquid substance used to unblemished the fixture are specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty. This warranty does not cover installation, removal, labor, or shipping costs, nor does the warranty cover any merchandise not expressly designated an OEM fabrication when it is used as a component of and/or a competed good for a manufactured primary product without the prior written approval.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Except as set forth in the limited warranty or otherwise required by law, EmergencyLight.net provides all products as is and disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly disclaimed.
Limitation of Damages
If during the warranty period any product proves defective in materials or workmanship, or fails to meet our published performance specifications for the product, EmergencyLight.net liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to repair or, at EmergencyLight.net option, replacement with a non-defective product of substantially similar specifications.
This warranty covers EmergencyLight.net and is liable for, only that warranty coverage and damages specifically detailed above. Except as may otherwise be required by law, EmergencyLight.net shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if EmergencyLight.net has been advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer applies during and after the warranty period.
If you discover a defect or malfunction during the period to which this warranty applies, repair or replacement is subject to the proper notification and consent of EmergencyLight.net as indicated by the issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
