The High-Output NEMA 4X-Rated Freezer Emergency Light is a powerful, weatherproof fixture that operates reliably in temperatures as low as -40°F/-40ºC. This NSF-rated fixture is designed for cold-storage applications, where temperatures are constantly below freezing. This emergency light comes with the "CW4" option, which outfits the fixture with a thermostatic battery heater that ensures the unit can fully operate in temperatures as low as -40°F/-40ºC. Construction

The TLP-M30-2-L6-D-CW4 has a water and corrosion-resistant gray housing constructed from fiberglass-reinforced polyester and fully gasketed around the cover. It is approved for a variety of industrial and wet locations.

This NEMA 4X emergency light back mounts to normally inflammable surfaces and mounts to most wall, strut or beam mounting, but please note this is NOT for mounting on ceilings!

A clear, UV-resistant polycarbonate lens cover protects the powerful LED lamp heads inside. The lens and back housing are hermetically sealed with a silicone gasket to prevent water, vapor, or dust leakage and give this robust unit an NSF Food Service listing for splash zones.

Two bottom-mounted four-LED, dual-driver lamp heads produce powerful emergency illumination. Comes standard with explosion-proof heads.

Operates using 120 or 277V AC power. Other voltages available upon request.

Battery and UL Testing

Our High-Output NEMA 4X-Rated Freezer Emergency Light includes a 12V Lead Calcium battery, supplying 30-watts of usable emergency power, which provides a minimum of 90-minute runtime. A thermostatic battery heater encases and maintains the battery's operating temperature range, keeping it functional in temperatures as low as -40°F/-40ºC.

Self-Testing Diagnostics are standard on this NEMA 4X emergency light. A push-to-test button allows for easy testing of the battery backup system, and a small window allows for monitoring of the AC indicator light and self-diagnostic functionality. The TLP can provide power to remotely located lamp heads and can be configured for extended run times of up to 4.5 hours.

Illumination

This model of the TLP-M30-2-L6-D-CW4 includes two (2) fully adjustable 6W LED heads. Unlike incandescent and fluorescent types, LED is not affected by cold weather and can illuminate in sub-zero temperatures.
