Any order placed online that exceeds a wholesale price (not including taxes) of $500 will receive free shipping on us. This offer only applies to customers in the contiguous 48 US states, and does not apply to Hawaii, Canada, Alaska or other US Territories. This policy applies to multiple fixture brands and models, regardless of where they are being shipped from.
Incorrect addresses or changes made after the products have shipped may delay the delivery and incur penalty fees. Please enter your correct billing and shipping address at checkout and double-check for typos and other errors.
Always allow 1-2 days to process your order prior to shipment. Delivery times listed above apply only to orders shipped to forty-eight (48) continental U.S. addresses. For Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 1-2 extra days to account for distance traveled..
If your order is placed for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other territories, you will incur additional border fees and charges. Shipments are typically delivered by package carriers such as Federal Express, DHL Express, UPS (United Parcel Service), or USPS (United States Postal Service). We use our competitive rates unless you choose to ship on your own account.
You can also order via FAX. Delivery charges are based upon the items ordered and will vary from order to order. We will respond as quickly as possible to confirm delivery charges to your destination. Please make sure to include specifics of the products ordered and include your phone and fax numbers as well as your email address so that we may contact you.
Tiered and Flat Rate Shipping Options
We offer unbeatable shipping rates for repeat customers that buy in regular, large quantities. With flat shipping, we can apply a predetermined freight cost to an entire order based on its price or weight. We can then use multiple flat rates to create shipping tiers based on weight or price range, so the more you buy, the better deals you will get.

Shipping on a Customer Account
If you choose to use your own carrier account, you can choose "Custom Shipping" from the shipping options drop-down menu during Checkout. Simply type the name or abbreviation of your carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and your shipping account number. Once the order is processed, you will only be charged for the product associated taxes if your billing address is in California. Once the packages have shipped, your shipping carrier account will then be charged per the exact weight and dimensions scanned at departure.
Blind or White Label Shippin
For Business to Business customers who wish to ship our product with their own company label, we offer the ability to ship packages "blind" from our warehouses. Please call a customer representative and email your company logo (.jpeg, .gif, .png and most other supported picture files) to us along with your desired ship-from address and contact information. We will print the shipping label to your specifications so your end-customer cannot trace the origin back to us.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
If you require items to be sent to multiple addresses, it is best to place separate orders for each address.
We have multiple warehouses in cities around the United States: Los Angeles, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; Miramar, FL; Mendenhall, MS; Waterford, MI; and Trenton, NJ. Many of our high capacity steel emergency lights, spec grade fixtures, replacement bulbs and certain wire guards are manufactured in Markham, ON (Canada) and items shipped across the US border may incur additional border fees not calculated at checkout.
EmergencyLight.net ships internationally. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the amount ordered and delivery address.
Remember: if your order is placed for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other territories, you are going to incur additional charges.
We base shipping charges on the weight of and dimensions of each item being shipped. You can calculate the shipping charges yourself by visiting UPS.com or USPS.com and entering the total shipping weight of your order. If you need assistance, call our office before you submit your order online. In most cases, the shipping charge will not be correctly calculated at time of checkout and we will advise you via email of the remaining shipping cost of your order for approval before we ship.
When international orders reach the destination country, they will be subject to customs clearance which can cause delays beyond the original quoted lead time.
Your packages will be subject to customs fees and import duties of your country. These charges are always the recipient's (your) responsibility.
DEAR CUSTOMER: We regret to inform that Priority International Shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
For internationally-shipped products, please note that manufacturer warranties may not be invalidated; manufacturer service calls may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety precautions may not be in destination country languages; the products (and included materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling; also the products may not conform to destination country input voltages and other electrical standards (and may require the use of an adapter or converter). You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from EmergencyLight.net the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is very important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. International customers and freight forwarders should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs agents.
Furthermore, we may provide certain product, order, and shipment information, to our international carriers, and such information may be conveyed by the carriers to customs authorities in order to clear with customes and comply with local laws. Customs agents will require the value of the order to be stated directly on the package.
Replacements and Returns
The above Shipping Policy (including terms related to the Import Fees) also applies to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is an issue with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will act as the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to our company upon receipt at one of our fulfillment centers. Taxes, Duties and Customs
Orders that are mailed to countries outside of the United States could be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment will be subject to these Import Fees, which will be levied once the shipment reaches your country. Further charges for customs clearance must be shouldered by the recipient; we have no control over these extra charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are necessary, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping to US Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO)
Getting an error message when you enter an APO or FPO address on our order form? Following these steps:

Following these steps should ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All APO/FPO shipments are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. Typical estimates are 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, certain destinations may take up to 21 days.
U.S. Protectorates/Insular Areas

Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses
If you hold a private mailbox (a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number; please, use # or "PMB". This will ensure that your address is not mistaken for a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
For palletized shipments and orders containing large quantities of product shipping to a single address, please email or call us anytime 24/7 at 800.282.5600. Large orders are handled by our LTL freight lines and cannot be accurately calculated at checkout.
Merchandise in our warehouse generally ships within 1-2 days of placing the order. But on occasion, the item may be temporarily out of stock or even discontinued. If you have not received your order in the time expected, please contact one of our customer support representatives.
Unshipped items will be cancelled so long as the item was not custom-made specifically for your order. Some items, while they can be cancelled, involve a manufacturer's re-stocking fee, for which the customer is liable. Approved refunds should be processed within 7 days via the originating payment method.
Policies of Sale
EmergencyLight.net sells products for commercial use to customers with business identification. Identification is required from all customers. Possession of, or access to, any EmergencyLight.net literature or websites does not constitute the right to purchase from EmergencyLight.net. The Light Source LLC reserves the right to correct publishing errors. All references herein to the term “products” shall include services provided by EmergencyLight.net.
Our prices are listed wholesale, do not include freight, handling fees, or taxes and/or duties, and are subject to revision or change without notice. Market Sensitive Commodities will be priced according to current market conditions.
In accordance with applicable California state laws, we are required to charge sales tax to customers operating in the state. EmergencyLight.net does not benefit from this sales tax collection and we remit all taxes collected to the Franchise Tax Board. As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your order. The correct sales tax amount will be displayed on the checkout section of the site.
Be advised that, because EmergencyLight.net's shipping and handling charge is a combined amount, this charge is subject to sales tax in many of the states where a separately stated shipping charge might normally be nontaxable.
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
